Greg Rohling is a trade analyst with Georgetown Economic Service (GES). He has experience conducting comprehensive export audits for clients in connection with voluntary self-disclosures and enforcement investigations, and with conducting trade-focused due diligence reviews in corporate acquisitions.

Mr. Rohling has significant experience with product and technology classification analysis and export licensing analysis under the Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR). He has developed specialized compliance tools for use by companies in the laser and encryption software industries. In addition to his export compliance work, Mr. Rohling oversees a team of research assistants to support anti-dumping and other trade remedy cases.

Mr. Rohling has passed the U.S. Customs Broker Exam and is in the process of applying for his broker license. He has experience in HTS classification, valuation, and FTA certificate compliance.
