Wyatt Mince is a trade analyst with Georgetown Economic Services (GES). He works with Kelley Drye’s export control, sanctions, FCPA, and foreign investment practices to ensure clients are up to date on regulatory developments from the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and otherwise compliant with these complex regulations. He has particular experience with drafting export control and sanctions license applications and OFAC unblocking requests. Additionally, Wyatt plays a key role in our Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) practice, working with domestic sellers and foreign buyers. Wyatt also assists in the development of trade compliance programs, including training presentations for domestic and international firms and associations.
