Grace Kim serves as the Executive Director of Georgetown Economic Services and is a Special Counsel in the international trade practice of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Grace’s practice includes international trade and customs matters, with a special focus on unfair trade investigations under the antidumping and countervailing duty laws.
Grace represents domestic industries in trade remedy proceedings, particularly antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, administrative and five-year (“sunset”) reviews, and appellate litigation. She regularly appears before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. ITC, and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
An active member of the Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT), Grace serves as the co-chair of the Trade Remedies section, which examines the evolving field of trade remedies and new rules, regulations and administrative procedures. The section is particularly interested in issues regarding anti-dumping/countervailing duties, safeguards and section 337, among others.
Grace also believes in providing pro bono counsel, and she has successfully resolved immigration matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in that capacity.
